1 Spacious rooms, cozy breakfast items, helpful transport guidance

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located a 20 minute bus ride away from Venice. The hotelier couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our stay. Would strongly recommend it.

Air conditioning noisy. Can't sleep with it on.

The place was fairly clean with a really helpful and lovely friendly staff in every staff member. The location was good, adjacent to the bus station as well as the centre of Mestre.

The staff was warm and helpful, providing great recommendations for exploring the area , made our trip much more enjoyable.

The bathroom showed signs of mold and some existing wear, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room.

So glad that Wheelchair Accessible room with refrigerator and the comfortable beds, as for instance I booked was available.

The temperature control in the room was commendable, keeping things cozy . A mini-fridge in the room provided the convenience of storing my drinks without inflated prices, a nice perk for any traveler.

The ceiling in my bathroom had mold, and some plaster was cracking, which isn't exactly great. The breakfast situation grew monotonous. Having the same items every day lacked variety. The closest bus stop required a 5-7 minute walk, limiting convenient access. When only the nearby bus goes to the center of Mestre, it feels a bit inconvenient when you have to transfer to reach Venice, leading to lengthy travel times.

Good value for money. The hotel rooms were very clean, warm and quiet. There are two lifts in the hotel. The breakfast was good, the cutlery was shining. The hotel's staff was kind and helpful. Good parking. Internet available.

The only good thing about this hotel is its parking lot. You can park your car and easily reach Venice.

In any hotel I have stayed in my life, I have never seen staff with so negative attitude towards thier customers. They are behaving as is it your job to comfort them and they can get angry with out any reason.

This hotel is as simple as it gets. I've stayed in more luxurious places, and the lack of a minibar is perplexing. The cramped triple room. I can't believe no one bothered to upgrade my room, considering my concerns. I woudl have left a glowing review, but, what a disappointment!

Very difficult to find hotel - signs are poor. Air conditioning was poor. Could not turn up volume on TV so could hardly hear it. Closest restaurant was a long walk from the hotel but website indicates many restaurants and pizzerias close by.

Parking possibility at the hotel, 20minutes by bus from venice. (Busstop 5minutes from the hotel). However, the last bus back to the hotel is at 00:20.

The air conditioning was very silent and effective. The hotel is not in a charming area.

Perfect hotel for someone who wants to visit Venice and does not want to spedt fortune for any hotels on the island, Hotel staff very helpfull and willing to assist.
